Xavier Marcet - Chairman - LEAD TO CHANGE
Xavier Marcet is president of Lead to Change, an innovation and strategy consultancy for companies, public authorities and universities.
He also chairs the Druker Society of Barcelona and is a professor at the BSM - Pompeu Fabra.
He gives more than 75 lectures a year and writes articles in different media about humanistic management, business strategy, management, innovation and entrepreneurship.
He has written books such as:
“Cosas que aprendemos después” (Things We Learn Later), “Esquivar la mediocridad” (Avoiding Mediocrity) and, most recently, “Crecer haciendo crecer” (Growing by Growing).
