Dr.-Ing. Thomas Heller is Managing Director of the Smart Maintenance Community of the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft, an association of currently 13 Fraunhofer Institutes and industrial companies. He is also head of the Plant and Service Management department at the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics in Dortmund. For more than 25 years, he has been assisting companies with issues relating to maintenance, spare parts management, after-sales services and TPM. He regularly lectures on his practical experience and is the author of numerous publications.
