Félix Bayón holds a PhD degree in industrial engineering, with technical background in steel, aluminium and hot forging industries. He has worked in R&D projects execution and coordination of research groups and as Commercial manager for steel, aluminium & hot forged parts for automotive industry. Also he has a high experience in CAPEX Projects control and coordination of groups, Strategic planning, Process innovation, improvements in production processes and products, etc. From 2010 to 2019 he has worked in Sidenor in the fields of R&D and innovation projects and technology dissemination projects at EU level, being part of different Professional associations and clusters. Since 2019 he works in Sidenor as Product Manager for Automotive Steering applications.
