He is a graduate in business administration and management from Mondragon Unibertsitatea. He has a master’s in strategic management of information and knowledge in organisations from the Universidad Oberta de Catalunya, he is currently preparing his doctoral thesis at Mondragon Unibertsitatea in the field of learning culture for learning organisations.

With more than ten years’ experience in people management in the field of SMEs, since 2011 he has been working at Mondragon Unibertsitatea Business School, both as head of University-business relations and in the field of research and transfer.

Currently, besides teaching and research, he heads the research team on learning strategies at the Business School of Mondragon Unibertsitatea. He specialises in learning ecosystems, personal learning environments and lifelong learning. He works or has worked in collaboration with companies such as LKS, Copreci, Eroski, Caprabo, Sener, UCF, Laboal Kutxa, Fagor Automation or Sidenor, contributing to their learning strategy, innovation and management development.
